Booking Request Form

Thank you for your interest in booking. This is a request. Your submission does not confirm nor deny your request. Our staff will review each request and follow up with you in a timely manner.

Honorarium

Pastor Cutter requires an honorarium for all engagements. While there is no set amount, they prefer to know the honorarium in advance for budgeting purposes.

Accommodations

If Pastors April and Matthew are traveling together, please provide one room with a king bed. If they are traveling separately, each will require their own room, and an additional room will be needed for any traveling companion.

Note: Hotel confirmations are due at least two weeks in advance.

Flights

Pastor requires flights for himself and an assistant. He requests the ability to book his own flights, with reimbursement provided. If this is not acceptable, no flights should be booked for Pastor Cutter and his assistant without prior review and approval from his team.

Please ensure all tickets are refundable and changeable without penalty. We reserve the right to adjust the time, departure city, or arrival city at any time. All flight confirmations must be submitted at least three weeks prior to the travel date.

Transportation

NOTE: Pastor Cutter requires ground transportation to and from the airport in the host city, as well as transportation to and from the event for himself and his assistant.

Audio/Video

Pastor Cutter requires access to your sound board. ONE XLR channel will be need for a sub mix. A sound check will be needed no later than one hour prior to service time.
